Ways of payments:

- Online credit card payment form through mail order: You need to provide a signed credit card form, 2 sides of the card and valid passport copy.

- Online payment is more safe with fax or attachment: Online payments can be attached with password protected file.

- Money transfer: You will be advised on banking details with swiftcode or IBAN Number

- Western Union: This applies to very late bookings or where bank transfers or credit card not possible.

- Mpesa: This is money sent using your mobile phone to +254-722-106 395

- Cash payments: Cash payments can be done in office on arrival after reservation has been made.

- Booking in advance is from 4 months to 14 days prior to travel dates.

4: All bookings have a Reference Number which you will be given.

5: Advise delivery or pick up points of tickets: Tickets are not posted outside the country!!!

6: Kenya Railways / Rift Valley train has no guarantee for non paid seats.

7: Sharing Cabins: If travelling alone unless you pay whole cabin you will be joined by extra person of same sex.

8: Tickets are not transferable and alteration of travel dates, there is a charge.

9: Check-in time is at least by 6 pm.

10: Refunds - If payment done by credit card refund will be done on same card.

11: If refund is by wire transfer it can done via same method or cash where applicable.

13: We do not carry liability of the train in case of delays or other causes that goes along with.
